Why
Imagination?
Because the vitality of our economy depends on
it.
Because our ability to engage a world in flux
depends on it.
Because it opens up the way we try to forecast
the future.
Because without it, education is utterly empty.
Imagination -> Creativity -> Innovation
Does man
make the metaphors or do metaphors make the man?
Without
story, life feels like chaos.
Whether
based on reality or not, our narratives make our reality.
Music is my
gift and I will pursue it even if it’s impractical.
Talk about
your work with someone who doesn’t understand it.
If I take a
word out of a sentence you may not notice it at first because brain uses what’s
available in context to potch any gap in content. Your brain, that is.
